Slowly winding towards a deep library of carefully made ales and lagers.

Our goal is to generate a deep library of ales and lagers, drawing inspiration from the world around.

In general, we look towards a combination of old world tradition, new research-based advances in brewing materials and techniques, and what happens in nature for the beers we make. We operate under a strong Belgian influence. And then, of course, there are the beers we make just because they’re fun to drink.

REMINDER ABOUT GROWLERS- we have 32 oz growlers with a small cap. If you’d like to bring in your own growler to fill, please make sure it’s clean, and bring in a cap for it if it has a wider mouth.

    Light body, light oak, mild tannins.

  • Gerard Bertrand Cote des Roses 2023 rose

    13% abv, 5 oz pour, $8

    Bright, mild fullness, light citrus.

  • Cuatro Rayas Tempranillo 2021

    13.5% abv, 5 oz pour, $8

    Tannic, light fullness, fruit and berry

  • Biere du Chateau

    Light bright Belgian style table beer. Brewed with lemon and coriander. 5% ABV.

  • Roots and Shoots

    Bright amber saison, brewed with fresh ginger and honey. Distinctive Belgian yeast, a little pop from the ginger. 5.8% ABV.

  • Our Impossible Ask

    Flagship DIPA- tropical leaning, dry, slightly dank, easy drinking. 7.7% ABV

  • Underwater Space Helmet

    West Coast leaning IPA. Additional bitterness, solid malt backbone, notes of pine and citrus. 6.4% ABV

  • Strawberries in a Cage

    Briskly tart with a bit of a malty backbone. Made with fresh harvest strawberries. 4.4% ABV

  • Learn to Float

    Light sea salt, prominent tartness, light and dry. 4.1% ABV

  • Just A Smoky Batch of Pancakes

    100% beechwood smoked ale. Dry, smokey, surprisingly light. 5.1% ABV.

  • Travels of Uncle Kevin

    Our Irish red ale. Malt forward, deep ruby red, crisp British yeast characteristics. 6.4% ABV.

  • The Beer in this Can is Just a Vehicle For Australian Hops

    Full of Eclipse and Galaxy hops. Touch of Citra and Simcoe. Notes of grapefruit and pineapple, light dankness. Mildly bitter. 6.4% ABV.
